1. How to request deletion
- Email contact@appvera.app from the same email address you use to sign in to AttorneyDesk.
- Use the subject: Delete AttorneyDesk account.
- Include: your full name, the account email, and whether you want a solo account deleted or an organization (firm) account.
We will confirm the request and complete deletion within 30 days, unless law requires us to keep some records longer.
2. What we delete
- Your AttorneyDesk login and profile (name, email, phone, address)
- Cases, documents, notes, messages, clients, and other practice data stored for that account
- Device identifiers and notification tokens we stored for the app
- In-app purchase records we stored (plan name, store subscription id, dates)
3. What we may keep
- Records we must keep for tax, accounting, or legal reasons (for example, that a subscription was billed)
- App Store / Google Play keep their own purchase records; we cannot delete those
- If you belong to a firm, data the firm still needs (shared cases, documents, billing) stays with the organization until the owner requests otherwise
4. Subscriptions
Deleting the account does not cancel a paid plan by itself.
- iPhone / iPad: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → AttorneyDesk → Cancel
- Android: Play Store → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → AttorneyDesk → Cancel
5. Partial deletion (keep the account)
You can delete individual cases, documents, clients, and similar records inside AttorneyDesk without deleting the whole account. For a broader request (some data, not the account), email contact@appvera.app from your account email with the subject AttorneyDesk data request.
